Terms of Service

1. What SingilinMO! is

SingilinMO! ("we," "us," the "Service") is a tool that helps a lender ("you," the "Lender") log personal loans, send automated reminders, collect a borrower's digital signature on a promissory note, and track payment confirmations. Borrowers access their loan through a private link — they do not create an account.

2. Who can use it

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use SingilinMO! as a Lender. The Service is for tracking and administering loans you have already agreed to with a borrower outside the app — SingilinMO! does not lend money, guarantee repayment, or act as a collection agency.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@singilinmo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. What you may not do

• Use the Service for any loan involving illegal interest rates, harassment, or unlawful debt collection practices.
• Impersonate someone else, or enter a borrower's information without their knowledge that a loan is being logged against them.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Use the Service to send spam, threats, or abusive messages to borrowers.

5. Borrower links

Guest links let a borrower view their loan, sign the promissory note, and upload payment proof without creating an account. You are responsible for sending that link only to the actual borrower.

6. No financial or legal advice

SingilinMO! is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and the promissory note it generates is not a guarantee of enforceability in any jurisdiction. Consult a professional if you need legal certainty on a loan agreement.

7. Payments

SingilinMO! does not process, hold, or transmit money. Any GCash, Maya, or bank details shown to a borrower are provided by you for the borrower's reference only — the actual transfer happens directly between you and the borrower, outside the Service.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features described as "coming soon" are not yet available and may change before launch.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including fraudulent or abusive use.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
